Faces with traits
that matter.

Every PERSONA is a one-of-one portrait — generated in grids of sixteen, sliced, and checked one by one so no two faces repeat. Traits are not decoration: they set your odds when the Trials begin.

3,333 unique faces

Front-facing, half-body portraits. Hair, eyes, outfits and backdrops combine into 3,333 distinct identities — no duplicates in the set.

Rarity has teeth

The rarest hair colors and accessories are scarce by design. In the Trials, rare traits carry a pass bonus — and the rarest tier earns a 1.5× share of the pool.

The Focus trait

Faces wearing headphones carry the Focus trait. Once per season, Focus erases one strike from any unit in the same wallet.

Instant reveal

Your face is live the second it mints. Artwork was assigned to token IDs by a seeded shuffle, with the provenance hash published for anyone to verify.

PERSONA TRIALS

After the mint, every face can be put to the test. Enter your units, survive the daily trials, split the pool. Entry requires holding at least 2 PERSONA in one wallet.

Daily trials

Each entered unit runs one seeded trial per day. The seed is public and the outcome recomputed by anyone — fully verifiable, no house edge hidden. Your traits set your odds.

3 strikes = recalled

Fail a trial, take a strike. Three strikes and the unit is recalled for the season — flagged, never burned. It stays in your wallet and stays tradable.

Hold 2+ to stay in

Eligibility is checked at entry and again every day. Drop below 2 PERSONA in the wallet and your units pause until you hold 2 again.

Survivors split the pool

The prize pool is fed by the paid mint and the 5% royalty stream. Units still standing at season's end split it — rarest-tier survivors at 1.5×.
